Eastern Canada

July was filled with a lot of time in cities and the vicinity of large towns. Before we left Chicago we toured Frank Lloyd Wright's home. It was really neat to see and we recommend anyone visiting Chicago to consider booking a tour. We entered Canada on the fourth of July. Highlights of Canada for us were experiencing Kensington Market in Toronto, a free tour of Parliament in Ontario, and wandering Quebec City. We saw a lot of groundhogs (or woodchucks) in Ontario and Montreal. We didn't realize how large they can be! Each metropolis offered something different and had its own vibe. 

 Although it was nice to visit Toronto, Ontario, Montreal, and Quebec, we missed being in nature and boondocking in remote areas. We mostly stayed at campgrounds or Harvest Hosts on the outskirts of the cities. The time change was also challenging for work calls. When we crossed into New Brunswick we joined Atlantic time, which is an hour ahead of Eastern Standard Time and four hours ahead of Pacific Standard Time! We wrapped up the month by entering New Brunswick and were able to see Grand Falls.
